We offer the Balmuir Care Spa maintenance and repair service at Balmuir Brand Store Helsinki and Balmuir Outlet & Brand Store Oulu.
Balmuir products are designed in Helsinki and have been granted the Design from Finland Mark. Our products are designed to honour their longevity, made by carefully chosen partners, with an emphasis on premium quality and savoir-faire.
As an additional service, we offer Balmuir Care Spa, where our customers can have their Balmuir products professionally maintained and repaired. The service is available in our stores in Helsinki and Oulu, for all Balmuir knitted products and leather items.
We work exclusively with trusted partners who share our values. From November 2024 onwards, Balmuir Care Spa services are provided in partnership with the Finnish Arkivé Atelier, whose expert artisans are leaders in high-end garment and leather care, ensuring the highest standard of care for your Balmuir pieces.

Balmuir Care Spa Services:
The service is available for all Balmuir knitted products and leather items at Balmuir Brand Store Helsinki and Balmuir Outlet & Brand Store Oulu stores.
Scarves and throws: Brushing, steaming and refreshing
Knitwear alterations
Fabric garment alterations: Shortening, tapering, and zip replacements
Leather care: Basic maintenance and edge paint restoration
Leather bag repairs: Handle and strap replacements or repairs
Service pricing is based on the work required.
Please note: All Balmuir leather products come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.*
How Balmuir Care Spa works:
Bring your Balmuir item in need of care to our Helsinki Esplanad or Oulu store.
Our staff will assess the product and provide a price estimate. After your approval, the item will be sent to our care partner.
The maintenance process typically takes around two weeks.
You will be notified once your item is ready for collection. Payment is made in-store upon pickup.
Enjoy your beloved Balmuir item, refreshed and ready to serve you for even longer.

*Balmuir Leather Product Care & Warranty
Our leather products come with a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. A receipt or other proof of purchase from Balmuir is required to make a warranty claim. After the warranty period, maintenance services are available for a fee.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not include normal wear and tear, such as surface scratches or patina developed through use. Our care experts are happy to assess whether an issue is due to a manufacturing fault or normal usage.
